Those of you who know me are already acquainted with my love for midi dresses and midi skirts. I think that they are the most feminine items a woman can wear and those with retro design are by far the best choice. I'm always looking to find new places where I can buy midi dresses and mostly I find myself looking online, because, if I have to be sincere, in physical stores is almost impossible to find anything pretty.
Recently in my search for retro dresses I've discovered an online store specialized in selling this type of clothes. It's called Zkaka and they have so many pretty dresses with fabulous designs and prints. I've felt in love the second I've seen their dresses and I've also selected a few items to show you.
One of my favourites is this beautiful vintage swing dress with vertical stripes in shades of pink and small flowers printed on them. I love the buttons on this dress, because it adds so much femininity. Also, the way the waist is accentuated by a faux belt it's fantastic. I think this dress would look amazing with a pair of nude sandals and can be worn to so many places, like a baptize, a lunch, at work and even during an evening event with the proper accessories.
Another fabulous piece is the yellow 1950s dress with white polka dots. It's so bright and joyful this dress and it has such a big retro vibe that I absolutely adore it. I love the small spaghetti straps and the bow detail which is so sweet. And the best thing is that it comes in blue also, if you think that yellow is too powerful for you! For me it's not, because I absolutely adore yellow.
I also love this amazing plaid dress in black and white checks. This is such a classy piece and also timeless, because it will never go out of fashion. Plus, the checked print is very trendy at the moment. I would definitely wear it with a pair of high heeled stiletto shoes and with red lips.
